The location was great. The pool area was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was much larger than expected.

The TV did not work with the remote my entire sta y until 8:40am on my departure day. The first person tried, and said she would call some. After I attended my show, I asked again for someone to fix the TV. I talked to 2 more people Saturday am who said to wait until 8am. The person got a new remote and it worked finally, but by then, I had to go. I feel I should be compensated for NY huge inconvenience

The location of this hotel is excellent since it's just minutes from the beach area. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The water pressure in the shower was strong which is a plus. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I got a good nights sleep at the hotel. The room was quiet. The staff were so friendly offering me coffee and tea. I could not fault the staff, they work so hard. Always a smile on their face especially the guy at breakfast. We got a warm welcome on arriving and the manager was a real character. Hampton is a cute town to explore. I would stay there again. Good value for money for traveling Australians worried about the dollar.
